Geneva Walker
Geneva Walker is the mother of three children, Gail, Connie and Billy, two of which are in full time ministry with her. Saved at the age of nine years old, her greatest desire in life was to be used as an instrument for God. Little did she know as a young girl that that would entail her playing an instrument, the keyboard, and that it would take her from one corner of the United States to the other as a member of a full time music and evangelism team.
In addition to keyboards, she writes a great majority of the material that the Walkers sing.
Geneva is also an ordained minister and has authored several books that are in the process of being published.
There is much more that Geneva does in the ministry aside from keyboards, writing and speaking. It is those little things that no one notices, that help to keep the ministry functioning.

Gail Walker
Gail Walker has been singing since a very young age. Making her debut, standing behind a curtain where no one could see her, her knees knocking almost made more of a sound than her voice. And from that shy little girl, she turned into a confidant teenager sharing the stage in concerts with groups like the Rambo’s, and the Happy Goodman Family. Gail’s first two albums were recorded at the Goodman’s studio, where Sam and Rusty wrote the back liners to her two albums. After a brief stint on the solo trail, Gail sang with several groups prior to the formation of the Walkers, most notably the Georgians of Valdosta, GA.
Now with the Walkers, you will find Gail behind the wheel of the bus for the majority of their travels. She is also the emcee on stage, and does lead and harmony vocals. You will also see her on occasion break out the acoustic and the bass guitar on some select songs.

Billy Walker
Billy Walker has been involved in gospel music his entire life. Matter of fact, on his way home from the hospital at birth, he attended his very first concert at Lydia Baptist Church in Cross City, FL. From there his path was laid out in front of him. At the age of five years old, he began to play the drums on stage for the group that his family was involved in at the time. From the drums to vocals, Billy now sings lead and harmony vocals for the Walkers, as well as playing on the drums and percussions on a few songs. As well as these responsibilities, he runs the sound for the group as well.
In 1995, for a good part of the year, Billy sang with one of the top groups in the gospel music industry at that time, the Steeles. He was a part of their “Southern Steele” album which produced two number one songs, “God Kept His Promise”, and I Got Up And Went”. “Oh What A Mighty God” landed at the number two position.

What does being in full-time ministry mean to me: The opportunity to introduce Jesus to people, to try to convince people, even Christians, that there is a very thin line between Heaven and Hell. Full – time ministry means there must be a deeper commitment to Christ than what I see out of most people and that there was a heavy price that was paid for our salvation and that no one or nothing is as important as our relationship with him if we want to make it to heaven.
What I like about being on the road: Meeting new people, seeing the United States, and the fact that everyday is different form the day before.
What I dislike about being on the road: High diesel prices, last minute cancellations, being away from home and my office
What people don’t know about me: If it not had been for being in full – time ministry, I would have gone into the armed forces as a career.

My goal is to not only to tell of Jesus Christ of the price he paid for us but to also have the lost understand that salvation is needed because we have all sinned.
